President & CEO
Mr. Moran has over 20 years of business management experience, ten of which
have been directly involved with Intelliverse. Kevin is responsible for all
aspects of the Intelliverse business including defining the strategic direction
of the company, setting the company culture, and streamlining business costs.
His vision for the company is defined by being able to provide cost-effective
communications solutions for mid and large sized companies that provide real
value.
Kevin joined Intelliverse in 1995 as Director of Wholesale Services. In 2002,
he played a significant role, as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing,
in the sale of the business to The Gores Group, a privately held international
acquisition and management company and was appointed as President and Chief
Executive Officer. Most recently, Kevin’s vision was the driving force
behind the company’s recent acquisition of iNuntius, Inc. With more than
20 years of experience in business development, operations management and strategic
alliance formation, Kevin has been responsible for the development and sale
of outsourced transaction-based applications, achieving significant success
in the Enterprise marketplace.
Prior to joining the company, Kevin was a Southern Regional Sales Manager
with Wiltel Network Services, a subsidiary of the Williams Companies' (NYSE:
WMB), a predecessor of WorldCom, Inc.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Tulsa.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Mell is responsible for ensuring Intelliverse’s Accounting, Planning,
Legal, and Human Resource functions contribute to the success of the business.
Dan originally joined the Intelliverse team back in 1995 as Manager of International
Business Development. As Director of Strategic Planning for Intelliverse’s
former parent he was instrumental in executing a series of acquisitions which
saw the Holding company grow from $50M to over $500M in revenues in less than
18 months. As part of the 2002 divestiture of this business unit, Dan assumed
the role of CFO and provided the financial leadership and operational support
which allowed the business to successfully restructure and quickly attain profitability.
Dan has 19 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior
to his work at Intelliverse, Dan had held a variety of financial positions
with Nortel Networks including Director of Finance for the North American Cable
operations which generated revenues of over $300M.
Dan holds a Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance and Accounting
from McGill University in Montreal , Canada.
Chief Technology Officer
As the technology visionary of Intelliverse, Mr. Torf oversees all new Product
Development, Information Systems, and Engineering activities for the company.
Kevin comes to Intelliverse through the recent acquisition of iNuntius, Inc.
which he founded in 2003 and was most recently its CEO. An entrepreneurial
leader in the field of high-tech communications for more than 20 years, Kevin
has consistently excelled at growing companies from inception to successful
operation. His proven track record and broad knowledge base have followed a
common theme of making technology work for business. Through his latest achievements,
Kevin has emerged as a global industry innovator and comprehensive solutions
provider in some of high-tech’s most innovative and forward-thinking
arenas: Voice over IP, carrier-grade Unified Messaging, LAN/WAN networking,
and Internet-based e-commerce strategy and design.
Kevin’s foresight and vision regarding high-end communications were
central to the success of Tornado Development, a market leader in the Unified
Messaging space. Kevin was founded Tornado in 1995 and played an important
role in the development of new products.
In 1991, Kevin founded Torsys, where he brought his extensive experience
in data communications to the strategic development and management of network
solutions for some of the most recognized names in the world, including: AT&T,
Microsoft, Packard Bell, Starwood Hotels, Symantec, TCI, The University of
California Los Angeles. and Xircom.
VP, Finance and Controller
Keith is responsible for overseeing Intelliverse’s accounting, financial
planning and analysis, accounts payable, taxation/regulatory, billing, and purchasing
responsibilities. Keith originally joined the Intelliverse team back in 1998
as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.
Keith has 19 years of experience in the accounting and finance field. Prior
to his work at Intelliverse, Keith had an extensive telecommunications background,
providing similar financial and accounting functions for both MCI and BellSouth.
He also worked in the public accounting arena for PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Keith is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Masters of Business Administration
degree in Finance from Georgia State University in Atlanta.
VP of Engineering
Mr. Kim is Intelliverse’s Vice President of Engineering and is currently
responsible for all aspects of Research & Development. Ryan comes to Intelliverse
through the acquisition of iNuntius, where he was also the VP of Engineering
has been the overall architect of the company’s technology platform since
its inception
Prior to iNuntius, Ryan held the position of Vice President of Engineering
for Tornado Development where he was responsible for R&D and technical
operations. During his tenure at Tornado, he received numerous accolades including
Network Retexture of the Year from Network Magazine.
Ryan received his education from the School of Engineering and Applied Science
at UCLA.
VP, Marketing
Mr. Paterno is responsible for all of Intelliverse's Marketing activities
including marketing communications, product management, and strategic development.
Frank and his team strive to generate maximum sales activity by continually
evaluating market conditions and creating industry-focused service offerings
that effectively meet the demands of Intelliverse’s customers.
Before moving into his current role at Intelliverse, Frank was most recently
the Director of Product Management and previously the Channel Manager for Wholesale
Services. Prior to joining Intelliverse in 1999, Frank worked for MCI and Arthur
Andersen.
Frank received a Bachelor of Sciences in Accounting from the State University
of New York at Geneseo.
VP, Client Services
Mr. Gandy is responsible for managing Intelliverse's Client Services organization and setting the company's overall customer support strategy. Through his efforts and vision, Jimmy reinforces Intelliverse's commitment to customer loyalty and satisfaction by ensuring the ongoing development of the Client Services team.
Before joining Intelliverse, Jimmy was the Senior Vice President of the Advanced Application Service Group at Verso Technologies, Inc., where he was responsible for operations, business development and account management. Prior to Verso, Jimmy has held a number of senior positions including Vice President of Business Development at Eltrax Customer Care, Vice President of Operations at Eltrax Hospitality Services Group, Vice President of Operations at Global Systems and Support, Director of Distributed Systems and Director of End-User Support at Equifax, where he was responsible for building an internal support organization, supporting more than 12,000 Equifax employees.
VP, Supply Chain Management
Mr. Guck is the Vice President of Supply Chain Management at Intelliverse overseeing all of Intelliverse's device procurement, shipping, and warehouse logistics. Herb brings over 35 years of innovative general management and entrepreneurial leadership experience in the technology industry to Intelliverse. Prior to joining Intelliverse, he was the founder of two startup firms that provided access control and management of multiple inventory databases. He has previously served as a Partner leading the Operations practice of Sigma Consulting and as President & General Manager of Operations at Comdisco, the leading leasing company/supplier of information technology equipment. At Comdisco, with over $2.5 billion in annual revenues, he was directly responsible for the epicenter of company operations, including all asset refurbishment, logistics, inventory control and on-going deployment of services. His operation was recognized as one of the premier configuration centers in the world.
Mr. Guck began his career at Xerox, where he spent over 23 years in various leadership roles ranging from engineering, manufacturing and logistics to customer service. While at Xerox he gained significant expertise in the development of quality programs. In his last role as National Field Service Operations Manager, he led all company repair facilities across the United States, as well service delivery for the multi-vendor service initiative. Having firmly established a reputation for innovation and work flow optimization, Mr. Guck received several Special Recognition awards for innovation, quality and effective management practices.
Mr. Guck earned an MBA from the University of Rochester and a BS in Operations Management from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). He has served as a member of the Board of Directors for Meditrac, a medical device manufacturer.
