Dallas, Texas – May 3, 2011 – Amvensys Telecom Holdings, a Dallas, Texas – based diversified international technology, telecommunications, and energy services provider has completed the acquisition of Voicecom® Telecommunications, LLC (doing business as Intelliverse®), a leading communications solutions provider.
