Intelliverse Achieves Better Business Bureau’s Highest A+ Rating

Cloud communications leader achieves coveted ranking and accredited business status for outstanding customer service and business operations

Atlanta - September 10, 2013 – Intelliverse, a global leader in cloud communications applications, today announced it has been awarded the highest rating by the Better Business Bureau (BBB) based on criteria which includes customer service and overall business operations.

As with all businesses accredited by the BBB, Intelliverse must adhere to the BBB’s “Code of Business Practices,” a comprehensive set of policies, procedures and best practices on how businesses treat consumers. BBB requires accredited businesses to honestly represent products and services, build trust and maintain a positive track record in the marketplace, as well as embody integrity in all business dealings.

BBB review ratings are awarded based on the following grading elements: complaint history, type of business, time in business, background information, honoring commitments to the BBB, licensing or governmental actions, and advertising issues. BBB assigns ratings from A to F with pluses and minuses. A+ is the highest rating and F is the lowest. A company must be in business for eight years to be eligible for the “A+” rating.
