Hosted IP PBX Phone Service

Hosted IP PBX service from Intelliverse is a revolutionary business class phone product that provides SMB locations with local phone service complimented by all of the Class 5 and Centrex features relied on in today’s business world. Leveraging IP technology, this service offers features unavailable with traditional telecommunications such as Video Calling, Virtual PBX Dash-Board, and Softphones.

Enterprise class features on a SMB budget. Your customers can bridge the communications gap between the main office by linking remote locations and home-based workers with a fully hosted IP-based service at a low cost of entry. Very often, your clients can simply “plug and play” and avoid costly installation fees and capital investment.

Auto-Attendant is a 24-hour automated system that answers all incoming calls, presents a brief menu of choices and efficiently routes callers.

Hunt Group creation allows you to create and maintain your own list of phone numbers that are available to efficiently answer incoming calls, by either blast or sequential groups.

Extension Dialing and Call Transfer provides reliable PBX quality extension dialing. With the benefit of IP communications, your remote and home-based workers can set up four-digit extension dialing, regardless of their location.

Self Administration:
Allows you the ability to create and manage user accounts within a single master account. This technology will save a SMB client external programming charges and provide internal tracking features. The system administration and centralized control of all the SMB locations is achieved via the SMB Dashboard with functions as a PBX Control Panel.

How Does VoIP PBX Work?

...with IP Phones
Just plug one end of the Ethernet cable into the IP phone and the other end into an open port on your router or directly into a high speed modem. The IP phone will also work with a wireless router – just use the Ethernet cable to connect the IP phone directly to the wireless router.

  • Affordable and full featured two to four line business class IP phones
  • Each line can be independently configured to use as a unique phone number or extension
  • Connects directly to an IP PBX
  • Speakerphone, Headset Jack, Caller ID, Call Hold, Transfer, Mute, and more
  • Easy installation and simple to use menu
  • 1-2 Ethernet ports

...with Existing Phones or Fax Machines
Simply plug computers and analog telephones or fax machines into the Analog Telephone Adapter (ATA) which connects to an existing broadband connection. Our specialized ATA devices turn existing analog telephones into IP-enabled communication end points. Each ATA device has 1 Ethernet port for WAN connectivity, 2, 4 or 8 FXS telephony ports for analog phones or fax machines, and 1 extra Ethernet port for configuration support.

To service the strict demands of the SMB market, the ATA devices provide voice and fax connectivity for remote or branch locations.
