Charity event to take place at Alpharetta Athletic Club on Monday, July 15, 2013

Atlanta - June 20, 2013 – Intelliverse, a cloud applications provider to businesses, is sponsoring a charity golf tournament benefiting The Amvensys Foundation, its non-profit sister organization on Monday, July 15, 2013 in Alpharetta, GA. Proceeds from the event will supplement the Foundation’s scholarship program which supports academically accomplished students that embody leadership, drive, and integrity while also struggling with poverty, homelessness, or other challenging financial circumstances.

“The funds we raise at this event directly impact the lives of many students that are in dire need of financial assistance to make college a reality,” says Frank E. Paterno, President of the Amvensys Foundation. “After seeing the impact the first round of scholarships had on the lives of our Amvensys Scholars, I’m even more eager to make this tournament a success in order to award even more scholarships for the 2013-2014 school year.”

Many of the current Amvensys scholarship recipients attend Atlanta universities. Intelliverse is looking for sponsor participation from local individuals and businesses to help support a good cause and spend a day with friends and local businesses. Opportunities to participate include organizing a team to play in the event and corporate-level sponsorships with recognition before and during the event.
